Scope of application:

This reagent kit is suitable for on-site rapid detection of proteins in milk powder.

Composition of speed test box: (50 batches)

1. Two bottles of measuring solution

2. 30 centrifuge tubes

3. 5 plastic straws

4. 1 sampling spoon

5. 1 color chart

Operation method:

Take a spoonful of milk powder from the box and add it to a centrifuge tube. Use a graduated dropper to take 4ml of the measuring solution and add it to the centrifuge tube. Cover it with a lid, shake the milk powder vigorously, let it sit for 10 minutes, and compare it with the standard color chart. Find the color level that is similar to the control color chart, which is the content of protein in every 100g of milk powder sample.

Judgment processing:

When the protein content in the sample is lower than the content indicated on the product packaging, it can be sent to the laboratory for further testing.

matters needing attention:

1. If black sediment appears in the measuring solution, it should be stopped from use

2. Immediately clean the spoon, graduated pipette, centrifuge tube, etc. after each use for future use

3. The reagent kit should be stored in a refrigerator at 4 ℃ -8 ℃, with a shelf life of 1 year. The production date can be found in the packaging.
